Delivery and Returns 

Artwork is shipped worldwide.

All artwork is securely packaged and suitable for shipment worldwide. Paintings and sculptures are packaged in custom-made packing creates. Insured, tracked, signed postage secures and prompt delivery straight to your door. 

Shipping (UK and International)

All shipping costs are calculated by destination, size and weight and tracking services. Therefore shipping is an added charge (except for commissioned artwork where all costings are included in the agreed quote). 

Once your order has been confirmed, Robyn will send you a Shipping Invoice.

The shipping payment is due once the artwork has been sent.

Unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the artwork is damaged in transit or faulty. 

Timescales will vary depending upon the destination, however each client will be contacted with a specific arrival date and tracking number after purchase.

However if you require a more accurate shipping estimate before purchasing, Robyn will be happy to help so please contact her with any queries.

Making A Return? 

Please contact robynseabrightart@gmail.com to start the process and further correspondence will include all the return information. Returned artwork must be in good condition and original packaging for a full refund. Once the order is received the refund will be processed, please allow 7-10 days for the transaction to clear. 

 


Damaged or Faulty? 

If your artwork has been damaged or is faulty please contact robynseabrightart@gmail.com immediately and a solution to the problem will be found. Full refunds are accepted once the item has been returned.
